Howard is committed to actively contributing to the brass band music community through his Freelance work, whether it be in a teaching, leading or participation role.
Howard regularly travels to regions in the Asia Pacific, such as Tonga and Fiji to assist in the development of Music programs.
He also works with communites in Far North QLD.
